There are even lights installed to illuminate things for night fishing! Brightly painted inside and out, this home is the epitome of a fun spot to hang out. Enjoy a soak in the Endless Pool Spa, featuring three massage chairs and a maximum temperature of 99 degrees. If you're feeling more like enjoying ocean breezes with a good book, two floors of furnished balconies are waiting for you. When you're not playing basketball or enjoying a favorite movie on the patio area's TV, there's plenty of space inside to relax and take in the central air-conditioning. Two refrigerators, including a swanky French door refrigerator, are on hand to hold both dinner ingredients and catches of the day. If someone needs to complete assignments before relaxing, there's a desk workspace with a printer on the middle floor. Mix the beverages and claim your seat on the deck - it's time to relax.
The bedrooms in this home are all spread out across the house. Just follow the illuminated stairs to find yours! Guests of the main bedroom can enjoy a private balcony entrance and a deluxe en suite bathroom featuring two sink stations, a standalone shower, and a jetted soaking tub. An elevator is on hand to assist guests who don't want to deal with stairs. Room-darkening shades will ensure everyone has a good night's sleep.

This home maintains a strict no-party and no Spring Break policy. Our local South Padre Island team monitors compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors. If any guests are found to violate these rental policies, it will result in eviction without a refund. If you have any questions or concerns about your compliance, please get in touch with us right away so we can ensure you have a safe and happy vacation. All guests must be 29 or older during March except for families with children.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Guests can enjoy a five-foot-by-fifty-foot dock along the bay channel. The water is eight to ten feet deep. No swimming is allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
