Port Hope Lake House

This place was terrible, it was so bad that we did not even stay, we left immediately. The listing completely mis-represents the place - I have pictures and I do not think this would even be a legal rental. I have reached out to the owner requesting a refund but I have not heard back. What does VRBO do in this situation - do you allow the owner to continue listing?
