"Kittiwake House was an excellent place to stay in Port Erin and a very convenient base for exploring all of Isle of Man. There's so much within a short walk (Tesco, restaurants, takeaway, The Isle of Man Railway, etc) that a handier location is hard to imagine. The view over the strand to the bay and surrounding cliffs is magnificent. "All good here, was upgraded to double room with a really good view. Breakfast was excellent and Alan the owner was very knowledgeable about the island, so yes no problems and from my experience I would certainly recommend when staying in the area."

"Loved the location. Great cleanliness and really well equipped kitchen. Although the property is listed as having a tumble dryer we couldn't find that. There were a few maintenance issues, some mould needs dealing with in the ensuite bathroom and the patio door isn't working properly. he'shed "

"Amazing views and great location. Lovely kitchen and dining room. Did not use the living room as found it dark and uncomfortable. Used the back door once and needed several attempts to lock it again. Disappointed that there has been several comments about this bit nothing has been done. Plenty of hot water but the shower a bit off putting with all the mould on the tiles.
