Welcome to Paradise! This three bed/two bath heated pool/hot tub home sleeps up to six people. The home has been renovated and offers an open, relaxing environment. There are two large 4D televisions with Wi-Fi and subscriptions to your favorite movies. Best of all is the amazing location. It is close to downtown Punta Gorda and minutes away from the soon to arrive, Sun Seeker Resort. It is a short 25 minute drive to beautiful beaches and the Punta Gorda airport.

Perfect Winter Getaway
We spent two months in this home and loved it! The three bedrooms and two bathrooms gave us space for family members to come and stay. All of us fully enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The location is close to beaches, parks, golf and restaurants. Lynn and Matt were gracious hosts as well! All in all we had an amazing time.

The house was so beautiful and perfect for our family. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The backyard and pool were amazing! Loved my stay and the host has thought of everything you could need! Spent plenty of time on the lanai and in the pool/hot tub enjoying the FL weather. We had a small issue with the hot tub water and the host responded quickly and ifixed it right away. The location is convenient and the house is clean and comfy. Will absolutely stay again!

Nicely renovated home!
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property, very quite neighborhood. The house has been renovated with nice finishes. Kitchen is fantastic, nice appliances and cookware. Bathrooms and bedrooms are updated, comfortable spaces. Outdoor area/pool is very nice. Was cooler during our stay, so didn't take advantage of the pool. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Great amenities and very comfortable stay
The house is very comfortable and loaded with perks such as a very nice pool, hot tub, enclosed patio/porch with plenty of room to just rest and relax. Also, two large smart TVs. The fenced-in yard was perfect size for our family dog. She was able to play and run outside without any worries. Matt was very communicative and an excellent host.

Matt & Lynn were great hosts. They are so flexible and made our last minute changes stress free! The property was as listed with a bonus - Corn Hole set! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the lanai, made use of the hot tub when the temps dipped, loved, loved the heated pool and our furbaby loved the great big yard! Our family had a wonderful stay and would love to come back the next time we do Christmas in Florida!

Highly Recommended
We experienced a great stay at this home. The home was very clean and matched the description given. We brought our pet beagle who enjoyed the run of the back yard. The owners supplied us with everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. The pool was clean and refreshing and used it frequently we however did not take advantage of the hot tub. The neighbors were very friendly and pleasant to speak with. The owner sent me a message during our last evening there making us aware of a rocket launch happening at Cape Canaveral. We were able to view the rocket from the backyard and that put a bow on our trip. We very much appreciated the owners and their thoughtfulness. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area !!!
