"Had to wait to check in as the last people caused damage and the facility need to fix it. 3 days after checking in the grounds person and key holder showed up at 7:30pm to install front window screen which had to come in to get into garage for tools. They were unable to install screen and left. Saturday at 10am grounds guy showed up and was grinding the window so the screen would fit. At no time did the facility let us know that they needed to fix the screen window and at what time they would be...

"bathroom stall needs renovating. The worst part is the bed. the matress is still wrapped in plastic, not only did it make a wrinkling sound every time I turn, the plastic makes my back sweat and very difficult to get a good night's rest."
