We spent a week here so we could visit beaches etc while we stayed in Florida for the winter. Everything was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked and the size of the unit was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding, the home is basically new. Wonderfully decorated, very clean and all consumables provided, paper products, soaps, dishwasher pods, detergents etc… The host provided the best experience I’ve had with a VRBO stay. I’ve been at several VRBO stays and all have been great, this one is number one.

Cute and comfy cabin
We unexpectedly had to arrive early and Anne was wonderful helping with that. The cabin was clean, cozy and comfortable. She even left a small basket of goodies for our fur baby. Beds were comfortable. Very accommodating. Would recommend if you’re looking for something affordable with a great view and lovely hosts. We will be staying again when we come back to Tennessee!

We have jive in the area before so when I saw this was available I jumped at it. Cheaper than the low end hotels in Venice and so close to the beaches and good restaurants. I can't give this a better rating. Owner lives nearby if you need anything.

Great Duplex!
We are snow birds and stayed for the month of February. The Duplex was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was fully stocked with a lot of thoughtful extras. Owners were very friendly and prompt to respond to any questions/needs we had. We would highly recommend this place.

Stayed with family. Got thumbs up from my teens, which is rare. We all had a great time. Property is well maintained. Right next to the beach. Great amenities, just as advertised. Woke up early to watch sunrise- which was a highlight. Highly recommend it.

Great place to stay in the Venice Fl area.
We had to try find a place to stay for our family and grandchild after a funeral brought us to Fl. It was so nice to have everyone under 1 roof and room for the granddaughter to run around. I appreciate finding something reasonable to stay at with not planning on a trip to Fl at this time. This is a very nice property. Thank you for sharing.

Death in the Family
Unfortunately, we were here because of a death in the family and the Villa came in very handy, it allowed a few of us to stay in one place instead of renting separate hotels room, which were hard to find and when you could find one they were very expensive. We loved the property - the villa was immaculate and well stocked, the backyard is very nice and spacious, too bad it was a little chill during our stay. The sunrise from the master bedroom and yard were gorgeous. If we find ourselves in the Port Charlotte area on a happier occasion, would definitely stay here.

Inaccurate listing
We had 3 kids and 4 adults. 2 trucks with 2 boats under 20’ each. There was no where to park. The neighbors came out and attacked us morning and evening even after we moved our vehicles as they requested. The host called us after the neighbors called him to say there is an HOA and boats are not allowed. Nowhere in the listing does it say this and the house is in a boating community and on the water. Might be an important part of your listing. And when the host called all he was worried about was the pet fee (dogs allowed and last minute was decided to bring dog) we never planned on not paying the fee. Might I add the dog was 3 pounds and we stayed 2 nights and they charged $100. And the listing says 3 bathrooms and there are only 2. NEVER will stay at a place with this host again. I’m a frequent Vrbo traveler and this was THE WOREST experience to date
