Private: park 3'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 130 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 26.Sep.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener parking on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 2.5 km, railway station "Poppi" 2 km. Golf course (9 hole) 5 km, walking paths from the house 16 km. Nearby attractions: Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentines 16 km, Monastero di Camaldoli 17 km, Santuario della Verna 30 km. Please note: car recommended.
