"It is super cute, clean, and beautiful. Having no windows was not a problem, and the heater, fan, beds, microwave, and sink were lovely features. The stone walls are very cool, as is the general aesthetic. We had a shared bathroom, but it was no problem with 2 bathrooms shared between 4 rooms. I never once saw anyone else using it. The beds are nice and comfy and they give you a million pillows. What could be bit of an issue were the loud people from the Speakeasy located nearby. They are frequently up quite late laughing and yelling. If you go to sleep early, then you probably want to avoid the hostel rooms. The property COULD do a better job about enforcing the quiet hours. That said, it was no problem for us, and eventually they quieted down. We will definitely be back. "

"I traveled alone the place was well lit even the parking ramp and they had extra steps for safety using the elevators. It was very very cold on the days i stayed and my car wouldnt start but the security on duty that day went well out of his way to help me, he was very nice and helpful. "

"I loved the staff and how they care to help me when I needed it. My fireplace wasn’t working after it was a hour ago after swimming and there was no maintenance on but she called maintenance and they came within 30 minutes to help and fixed it. I love this hotel it’s my number one favorite. Great balcony great everything. : )"

"I liked everything about this property. Staff was very friendly and ready to help all the time. Our flight got delayed and we arrived at the hotel at 1 AM. Louana had made sure to take care of everything based on our request. She is one of best front desk personnel I came across till date. She also made sure that our luggage is being taken care off till we come back on the last day of our stay. I would definitely like to stay here in the future."
