Great place for family with older children
We had a great stay at this property. The beach is literally outside the door and the pool table provided endless entertainment for our older kids and us. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and we enjoyed waking up early to watch the sunrise together. The property is about 20 minutes away from downtown St Augustine which worked great for us. We spent a day there and then enjoyed the seclusion of the property for the rest of our stay

This home was exactly as advertised and nicely situated on the ocean between Ponte Vedra Beach and Vilano Beach. Ample parking. The home was clean, convenient, and a great spot for a large family to gather! The kids had a blast in the lower walkout level with pool table and beach access. We would highly recommend this home.

The house is very nice. Loved the beach decor. The kitchen is the best equipped in any house we’ve rented. The only issue we had was the huge jetted tubs in the bathroom. Getting in to take a shower was an ordeal.

This home is really set apart from many I have stayed at on Ponte vedra Beach over the years. The owners are professional, lovely and wonderful in every way, and the house reflects their heart. Heaven on Earth
This beach house is everything you could dream of and more. Steps to the beach, fully stocked house with towels, kitchen supplies, and beach chairs/toys! Just bring yourself and your bathing suit! A short drive to the beautiful St Augustine downtown area. This house was perfect with the layout for two families. We had people and teens of all ages and everyone had the best vacation. We will be back!

We wanted a house on the beach. This was exactly what we got. The house was spacious, clean and right on a lovely beach, perfect! There were beach toys for children and adults, plenty of towels and chairs. We only needed groceries everything else was there. It was quiet and we felt like we had the beach to ourselves.

Great for families of all ages
We had such a wonderful time at “Sea la vie Beach House.”. Our group of 12 ranged in age from 18-85 and there was something for everyone. Board games, beach toys,boogie boards, surfboards, sand toys, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels, umbrellas you name it, it’s all there! We only wish we hadn’t packed so much from home. (We truly didn’t need most of it) The pool table was a huge hit with everyone in our group. The view from the balconies and deck to the beach were incredible. (I suggest having your morning cup of coffee watching the sun rise from the deck. ) Kelli was very quick to answer any questions we threw at her while planning our trip. She even included a list of local restaurants for us to try including descriptions. Sea La Vie has a great kitchen that was fully stocked with all the appliances you would ever need. They truly thought of everything! We loved the split floor plan as we could “separate the early risers from the night owls” All we had to worry about was how we were going to have to leave such a beautiful place. We hope to stay again at this little slice of heaven.

Everything needed for a great getaway!
The house was so clean and fresh with an abundance of towels/beach toys/chairs/comforts! We packed things to make our beach stay better but really could have come with just our clothes. The house is very spacious and well laid out - lots of stairs so we got our workout in without trying too hard!
