"Building exterior has deferred maintenance and is not exciting on approach. Only 1 parking place was tough - but not terrible. A few little things, but overall the home was great for what we needed - close to Disneyland and room for family. Beds were comfy and it was quiet."

"In town to visit kids in college at Claremont. Excellent property. Great hosts who were very welcoming and responsive when I had a question. The condo is in a safe, gated community. The community pool and spa are clean and very nice. The condo is tastefully decorated and perfectly appointed with a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bed and towels and TVs in every room. We needed nothing more. I will be recommending this host's place to everyone I know going to Claremont/Ontario."

"We were displaced because of the Eaton fire. James was extremely responsive to our every message and provided a clean and well-equipped space to rest while we figured things out post-fire. We are very grateful for his kindness. What's great about this place too is that it has covered carport parking for two cars, so one doesn't need to struggle finding street parking. "The place was awesome very clean great neighborhood really convenient having an attached garage. The only thing I would recommend to the host would be to add towels and washcloths for the kitchen. Other than that everything was awesome and I would highly recommend this for Business travelers."

"Overall a great stay. Close to Disneyland, about 25 mins to the gate with young kids but you can also drive of course, as there is access from that side of the park. Very clean and updated space with comfy beds. Only complaint would be lack of cleaning supplies and consumables such as laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and then basic kitchen consumables. For a few days stay those small items would be greatly appreciated instead of having to go out and buy all those little things.just to...
