"Friendly staff and great location. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The property is clean and the staff is friendly. The Valet is also friendly and courteous. The coffee shop and restaurant on property is also good. The available amenities that they provide are amazing. The allow you to borrow towels, GoPro's, even beach chairs which is an awesome amenity. The room was clean. The house keeping even when above service. One of the people with us had a bear and each day they would find the bear in a different adventure position. Example the bear napping tucked into the bed sheets. It was a wonderful touch. The bed was comfy and also the pillows. The added rope was also very helpful. The outdoor space (balcony) was also an added touch to enjoy snacks in the outdoors. The pool facility was also well kept. They offered organic sun screen and also aloe vera. The towels were clean and the added free drink was an awesome treat. Overall I would recommend this location as it's also perfectly located to local eateries, shopping and of course the beach."

"We had a wonderful stay! Staff were helpful, kind, and welcoming. Loved the room- Had a great view, very comfortable, and clean. Definitely appreciated the water bottle fill-up station and excited that there was a nice gym available for guest. Absolutely recommended! "

"My wife and I really enjoyed our first visit to Hawaii and first stay in a Hyatt hotel. It was an exceptional experience. The hotel was on a large property with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Amenities were excellent. One great amenity was that we could check out towels and beach chairs and take to the beach which was just across the street from hotel. Very nice beach, great location. Hotel, bar, pool aand housekeeping staff were excellent. And on our travel day, we were given a hospitality room to change and relax before our late nite flight. Thank you Hyatt Regency! My only hope is to get a high floor room during our next visit. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we can't wait to return. Mahalo!"

"Stayed in one of the newly renovated room. Was nice, didn’t really notice any difference from old. Room could use an additional chair and tv check out but these are not deal breakers."
