"The resort was beautiful. Although not directly on the beach, the pool and gardens and the overall views were terrific. We did not eat on property but found plenty of options in the nearby shopping centers and a few food / coffee trucks. Convenient to south shore activities. Would return."

"The room was large, clean and had a lovely view of the ocean. The property was well situated for trips to southern and eastern attractions as well as those in the north. The only drawback is that there were no enough handicap accessible parking spots near our unit and not enough regular parking spots near our unit. Each day, my husband had to park far from our unit."

"We just had the best time in Poipu, Kauai. If you are looking for a great, comfortable and functional place to stay, get to all the amazing natural sites (and Kauai has many), go to beautiful beaches, swim, snorkel, eat delicious food out or stay home and cook, have coffee with the turtles in the bay right in front of the lanai, every morning for sunrise, and watch the whales spout, (I even saw one breach one morning), and walk around the building for gorgeous sunsets, this is perfect place! They provided everything that one could want and it felt like home, clean, nicely decorated, functionl, excellent communication… I really enjoyed reading the book about the restoration of the building plus.Very interesting and showed the amount of work and care that was put into the project. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you so kindly, Mahalo, Marianne and EJ. "

"Very homey feel. Clean. Staff was very nice. Only thing is the check in if you come in late. Was confusing with the whole lockbox thing. It was easy to understand once we were got settled in. But if you are coming from far and new to the area their system was confusing. I would definitely stay here again despite the late check in process. "
