"The room was amazing, same as with the living room where we had breakfast. Great views of the marina. The only issues were with the bathroom: the shower was very hard to find the balance between super hot and super cold water. The bathroom sink was too flat and the water was not cleaning the bowl properly. "

"We’ve stayed at Hammetts before and as always, the service was wonderful. It is centrally located to all of downtown Newport so we were able to walk everywhere. The room was quiet and clean, we will definitely stay again."

"This hotel is very beautiful and clean. Only downfall is that they don’t have an elevator, but it’s a very beautiful hotel . I definitely would recommend this place . Only con that I have , is that we went on this trip with 6 kids ages from 5-14 and the younger kids were playing in the living room ( away from everyone ) and the host were telling guest that the kids are in the living room and they won’t be making noise. I don’t like anyone talking about my family to other people. "
