"The positives are the property and space. Check-in and communication from owner was excellent. The place was clean and accommodations adequate. It was actually perfect for our needs. The negatives are no stove and oven and the sink had no pressure and hard to turn on and off. Being below the owners, we did hear the owners dog from time to time and their TV late into the evening. The positives far outweigh the negatives. I awarded it 5 Stars."

"This was by far the nicest rental we've had the pleasure of staying at. The decor is so cute and funny (my favorite is the applebees plates). It's incredibly spacious and amazingly clean. Some water got spilled on the floor and when I cleaned it up the papertowel had no dirt on it, which isn't something I can say is possible at our house with 2 dogs. The park is literally in their backyard so if you go with a dog or kids they'll probably get great use out of it. The neighborhood is so quiet and...
