"The positives are the property and space. Check-in and communication from owner was excellent. The place was clean and accommodations adequate. It was actually perfect for our needs. The negatives are no stove and oven and the sink had no pressure and hard to turn on and off. Being below the owners, we did hear the owners dog from time to time and their TV late into the evening. The positives far outweigh the negatives. I awarded it 5 Stars."

"Easy to find location with ample parking. Excellent communication with Nichole & Tyler. Clean, comfortable furniture.Having 2 bathrooms is a plus! Enjoyed cooking a home cooked meal - pans and dishes in great condition. Enjoyed watching a movie and played Scrabble another night. Would definately stay again when in the area!"

"Great 2 br rental! Great price! Every room is good size, I wasnt cramped in any space. And the large deck was a nice touch. The apt was remodeled nicely with central ac/heat which is rare in Manitowoc and Two Rivers. Theres also a parking lot which means yoyre not sharing a driveway when Manti doesnt let you park on the streers in the winter."

"Our group of 3, plus 1 dog, have only positive things to say about our stay here. Being on the walking path which winds through the park and the beautiful woods was perfect for us. The apartment was comfortable, clean & spacious. It smelled clean & fresh. The hosts made it extra comfortable by providing nice quality bath towels, quality toilet paper (yes, that matters to us!) and plenty of appliances in the kitchen. The beds were wonderful. "Place was clean and freshly painted. Bed was comfortable and lots of hot water. Kitchen was pretty sparsely equipped--there were no pot lids and limited utensils. Count on being woken up by the train nightly."

"A very nice place to stay for the most part. Very clean and well stocked for almost every need. Comfy and cozy with all of the amenities and it sits on a beautiful lake. My only complaint is the noise of the restaurant kitchen below the apartment, but it’s only during the daytime and they close pretty early. Other than that it was a great apartment for a great value! Would definitely stay there again."

"The property was very nice! The only problem we had was when we arrived the unit was not completely cleaned and the beds were not made. There was 3 laundry baskets of clean linens there, the fridge had spoiled milk, dirty rags in the fridge and the bathroom was not cleaned. We called the number of the lady who was responsible for cleaning it and she said she didn’t know we were coming and had many excuses. Later that weekend we did speak with the owner and he was very apologetic. He did come...
