El hotel es pequeño pero hermoso! Las instalaciones están limpias y el personal es muy amable. La ubicación es excelente, a dos cuadras de la Plaza Grande y alrededores.

This hotel is elegant, historic, and very convenient for walking around Merida. The staff is outstanding. Ivan, who works in reception, is very attentive and helpful. Benjamin, Nelson and Gemer were very attentive for breakfast each morning. This hotel is unlike any other and the rooms are large, comfortable and many amenities are provided. The pool area is very nice and in a private area. The breakfast room is in the courtyard and is surrounded with beautiful plants and lovely fountain is in the center. We have stayed at this hotel at least four times and it never disappoints. Also, staff will park your car in a private secure lot somewhere in the downtown area. It takes about ten minutes to get your car when you are needing it. The restaurant has a very nice menu and service is outstanding. The outside eating area is a great place to relax and watch the people strolling through Parque Hidalgo. If you want to be pampered, the Mansion is a wonderful place to stay.
