This was our first stay at Senses and we were DELIGHTED by everything - great location on La Quinta Avenida (for shopping and dining), great facility with balconies overlooking the street as well as a beautiful rooftop pool and deck with views of the ocean, great staff (friendly and helpful). They stored our luggage as we arrived early and didn't need to leave until late.

When we first arrived our door key didn’t work properly we had to wait about 2 hours to receive a key that would work. The tv remotes never worked had to ask for new batteries and still didn’t work. Paid extra for the “jacuzzi” didn’t even work properly nor did it even heat up properly

Right in the heart of 5th ave so everything was super convenient. Being right on 5th ave it was noisy but was to be expected. Front desk staff and cleaning staff were excellent. Would definitely stay here again. There were some concerns with the room upon check in but it was addressed right away and no problems after that.
