It was safe, you must go in with your bracelet, I went on a solo trip as a young female and felt safe inside the property. I wish they just had more of their native food. I like international food but I thought I would eat more tacos and mexican food. But I will definitely go back. "

"This hotel is exactly as it’s called. It’s a palace in my opinion the nicest hotel in Mexico. The staff was extremely friendly willing to help attentive and everyone spoke English… The grounds themselves were clean. Bathrooms were clean… Many options on dining that there are different restaurants that you can go to and not just eat the buffet…… The buffet for breakfast and lunch was OK a lot of options to choose from… We’ll definitely stay here again"
