"Great location. Shuttle to Busch Gardens was convenient. Bree at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Room was spacious! The hotel needs a little work. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable. "

"It was an amazing stay! When I arrived my they let me know the water in my suite was being fixed which I did not mind at all. They even refunded me a night which was a bonus as i wasn't expecting that at all. I stayed in the Delux suite which was amazing size. The washroom I absolutely loved. Very accommodating. Great Cafe attached to property with alot of options. Their staff are super nice and welcoming. "

"We went here to go for tests at Moffitt. The room looked freshly painted but the bathroom still had spackaling on the wall. The room had roaches both dead & alive. The outside/walkway was very filthy. Looked like they were taking voucher from FEMA, etc in the past as there was a sign on the front door. Would Not go back again!!!"

"You must provide a limited smoking area this facility is a 100 on the scale but you can’t escape the cigarette smoke it’s terrible probably the nicest and clean room I’ve ever stayed in but the air quality is terrible "
