"Our stay was comfortable, with a good distance of walking to Lobster fest. Our room was pretty clean, provided all the amenities mentioned, and even soap and towels. There were some leftover, used things of soap that were still in the shower area from visitors past. But overall, once we got settled it was a great spot to stay at."
