"Não tinha Aqua quente durante a metade da estadia, e os luzes do hotel estão desligadas..Economiza energia. café da manhã muito simples, 2 pães, margarina, um pouco geleia, queijo e presunto, e chá e café, sem leite. Evita o desperdício
check out e as 9:00, mas deixaram ficar no sofá da recepção com internet até às 16:00. "
"The place is good but the staff - on the phone - was unhelpful and sometimes a bit rude. The staff onsite was very nice, not sure what was going on there. The hotel is very pretty."
"The room we go was next to water stream. It was absolutely beautiful view. Though when we opened window noise from people walking on the road was coming. But still the experience was amazing. The location is convenient. Walking distance to all restaurants, local shopping and bus for Macchu Picchu. They even woke up really early and prepared breakfast for us. They even packed a brown bag lunch for all of us, one fruit and bread / muffin to take along. "
"We could not find the property. We got a local person affiliated with the company that we did the Inca Trail with to attempt to take us to the Hostel. The problem was that the address listed in Expedia led to an abandoned building that was being worked on. They may have had a temporary location set up, but we got locals to phone the numbers listed and there was no answer. So, we stayed at another place instead."
"We liked our stay. The bed was great. Cozy and comfortable. Loved the decor and we appreciated the nice hot shower after a long day out. The breakfast was nice (I would only recommend to offer some milk to go with the coffee). The staff was attentive and friendly. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again if we are ever visiting in the area again. Thanks so much!"
"My stay at Qoya Palace - Machupicchu was fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff provided exceptional service, even arranging a pickup from the train station, which made my arrival seamless and stress-free.
The hotel itself is beautiful. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with recommendations or any requests.
The location was perfect—close to everything in Aguas Calientes, yet still peaceful. Breakfast was great, with a nice selection of fresh options...
"In the advertisement for the property it shows in the photos and says in the room details that the room I rented came with a shower/tub combo. I specifically rented this room because my wife likes to take a bath, once we were at the property the owner said that the room we rented had a tub but we couldn't use it.. and that they had other room that had a functioning tub????????? I'm pretty sure he was trying to scam me to pay more for the same room I already paid for..
Well why wouldn't I get...
"We enjoyed our stay, facility was clean, customer friendly, made to order breakfast at 4:30 AM before we go to Machu Picchu. I will recommend this hotel."

"Walkable but a little far from train station, maybe around a 10 minute walk, we used google maps for walking directions. Great breakfast included and staff is so friendly and helpful "
