The hotel is at good location, very close to train station. Breakfast is good with a nice view of the lake. To my surprise, the mini bar is free of charge. I’d a very enjoyable stay there👍

A beautiful grand dame of a hotel. It could benefit from an upgrade in the lobby and hallways. We had a junior suite facing the city. Noise from the street and nearby party was quite annoying, so chose a lake view room. The pool and spa were lovely, the kids had a great time! Very friendly staff, and situated in a great location to explore the old town.

"This is a good option for staying in Zermatt. A sort of traditional European hotel, two twin beds, small rooms, most rooms have to share shower and toilet with other rooms on the floor. "Beautiful location and within walking distance from the train station if they would be willing to give directions. The taxi is an adventure. The front receptionist was very unfriendly. He is the worst part of the hotel. Good breakfast"
