Featuring multiple outdoor gathering areas, Boulder Ridge was designed to make the most of the views and highlight glimpses of the massive boulder that lies under the four-acre property. Great options for appreciating the estate's solitude and natural beauty include sitting on the bench at the boulder's edge where you can see "practically forever," grilling out on the deck, warming up by the outdoor fireplace on the patio, kicking back in the shade on the covered deck, and building a bonfire at either of two fire pit areas. Best of all, a soak in the hot tub is a treat in any season! Opportunities to enjoy each other's company abound in this magical setting.


Two-Story Main House
The Main House at Boulder Ridge will "wow" you with unique features. This home makes a grand impression with antique chandeliers in the entryway that were salvaged from Asheville's historic Battery Park Hotel, a deluxe dog kennel under the stairs, and an exposed boulder surrounding the deck! Cook to your heart’s delight in the fully equipped kitchen and savor a meal with loved ones at the family dinner table. For a little downtime, stretch out on the wrap-around couch and watch your favorite streaming TV shows in front of the fireplace, or try your hand at a game of poker at the card table, a game of darts, or indoor shuffleboard! The upper level fills with light from the dramatic wall of windows over the two sitting areas, perfect for reading. Relax in style in the main suite, featuring a king-size bed, a sitting area, and a private balcony with year-round mountain views.

The Cottage
The Cottage is a two-bedroom residence separate from the Main House that offers all of the comforts of home for those who need a little more room to spread out. With a flat-screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry area, having a second home on the property is a real bonus for catering to the needs of large groups. The Cottage's king main suite has an attached full bath, and the bunk room is a favorite for kids and the young-at-heart.

"Bike Shack" Hangout Spot
Imagine pulling a stool up to the bar at the "Bike Shack" after a day full of adventures and popping open a can of beer that was brewed right down the road! (Stock up the mini-fridge - the much-loved Oskar Blues Brewery is nearby in Brevard.) The "Bike Shack" makes a fun hangout for friends of any age, and if you're a sports enthusiast, it's optimal as a headquarters to plan outings, work on equipment, and safely store all of your gear.
