"Excellent hotel. Apartment room is very large and the views from the room were incredible. We ate at the restaurant and had room service a few times, the food was incredible and very reasonably priced compared to other European destinations. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. This truly is a 5 star hotel. If we ever return to Bansko to go skiing again, we will definitely stay at this hotel again. The only couple of negatives was that it's advertised as a ski in/ski out hotel, which isn't strictly true as it's a 5 min walk to the Gondola. Although, location is still perfect. Secondly, sound proofing could be enhanced as we could hear our neighbours at times. Overall, excellent, clean, safe, convenient hotel that delivered excellent value for money."

"A very nice stay here, very comfortable bed, all new after a recent refurb. Great pools and gym. My only gripe was that the hot breakfast was not hot, in fact quite cold for some items."

"Outside pool water very cold and flies floating on surface. Inside pool smells of people sweat, the bottom of thr pool has dirt/dust residue and no smell of chlorine to indicate if the pool is regularly disinfected or topped up. Sauna is good when working. Breakfast is good, pastries could be fresher rather then packets products. The hotels was very noisy witg kids playing outside till very late in the evening (23:30) with out of control behaviour."

"Internet is the room was very slow. Not sufficient for work and video conference. Thankfully no conference was in progress and I was able to use the conference facility for a day. This had higher Internet speed of 25Gb.Thank you to the manager for accommodating. "

"Terrible experience, staff are rude and lie about using the mini bar and tried to charge us before leaving for drinks we did not drink. The maids did not even clean our room or leave us toilet roll, we had to ask for toilet roll every single day, there is a massive sewage problem that makes the bathroom smell like you know what ! Overall the experience we had was not a good one and are extremely disappointed as we paid £450.00 each for 7 nights which is really expensive considering we only had breakfast included, we will not be visiting this hotel ever again. "

"It was a brilliant place for our anniversary trip, the staff were friendly, the apartment was clean and the breakfast in morning was lovely. (Scramble eggs were heavenly). My only note would be that the apartment wasn’t really soundproof as we could hear our neighbours both above and next to us walking around and talking quite loudly. We’re heavy sleepers so it’s wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s not quite ‘soundproof’ as the listing says. That’s the only fault in the whole experience. Besides that it was great!"
