Pipestone Historic District Vacation Packages

I stayed at Valley Inn recently for 2 nights then one night. The first room was very dusty. The heating was all over the place and it was impossible to keep the room warm. I asked 3 employees for extra blankets and we never got any. And our room was not cleaned after the first night. The second time I stayed there an electrical outlet had no cover on it and all the wires were exposed. It was the outlet by the bed and was needed for charging devices. We asked for extra blankets when we checked in and the person at reception acted like we were asking for a miracle. It was very close to the hospice place so that was a positive. Oh, by the way, the coffee was awful in the breakfast room. Just pale brown water...... every single day it was awful.

Hotel itself was superb, however the hotel bar & restaurant called ‘The Treasury’ was poor. Hotel exhibited high level of customer service, but was quick to let you know it leased the bar/restaurant out to another company. Overpriced compared to multiple surrounding bars/restaurants on this active Main Street, the poor customer service here detracted from the overall Hotel Phillips experience.

The area around the hotel isn’t the nicest but the property itself is great!

Very Clean and great service options for our overnight stay. Convenient shuttle service to and from concert venue and happy hour drinks before concert! Great breakfast options to choose from.
