« This cottage looks bigger on the inside but fit us perfectly. I wouldn’t recommend for groups of more than 2 but is such a cozy experience and in such a great location. We were less than 30 minutes from all our planned activities. Overall, really great communication from the owner and super easy instructions to follow. We loved our stay. »

Dave and Cindy’s family farm is picturesque, the location is ideal (two minutes from Kolob Canyon!), and the cottage is clean and well-stocked. « Very clean new construction property in a subdivision type setting. Perfect for couple or perhaps a young family for a couple days. There is another unit connected to this one and one could hear a bit through the walls but it wasn’t too noisy. We chose it because it was only 30 minutes from Zion and was reasonably priced. It makes a good home base for those wanting to explore in the area. Could use a few more amenities like more glassware, silverware (only one butter knife), kitchen towel, trash...

« This property was absolutely delightful. My husband and I came up to celebrate his 40th birthday and it was everything we had hoped for. The cottage is cozy and well equipped. There are no services in Pine Valley but Mitzi let us know ahead of time so we were well prepared. We very much enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. »

« My family and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful oasis! We arrived and were surprised to be greeted by a deer on the side of the house. When we walked in we were blown away to the attention to detail to make us feel pampered and welcome! There was even pumpkin bread on the table for us!
