"I was hit with a 3 digit Surprise fee when I arrived after booking on Expedia. The fee was for "Parking and Resort Fee". I was unhappy with that. The check in guy went over a ton of stuff really fast, and as I am a northerner, I had a hard time with his accent. He mentioned the bar on the 5th floor. I went up there around 6pm the first night and there was no one there. It isn't exactly a full service bar. It's poolside, and has a limited selection based on what I saw displayed. The...

"The suite was very nice. The property was impacted by the hurricane causing the elevator to be out of order. We didn't know that until check in. We originally had a suite in the 5th floor but was changed to the 3rd. We would give it another try once repairs are made."

"Obviously this area is still recovering from the hurricanes in 2024. The building elevators were not working, the rooms did not have telephones, and there were construction barriers and some debris. The beach was stark with no chairs or umbrellas. However , we had a great stay! We were told what to expect ahead of time. Our room was clean, spacious, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and we loved the recliners. The oceanfront balcony can't be beat. We'll be back...
