It came with all the essentials in the kitchen, pool, beach gear etc. Very close to Vanderbilt beach, however, it was a bit crowded so we found another beach about 15 minutes away. "The condo was spotless and very spacious! The beds were so comfortable. We stayed in the 1 bedroom condo. We enjoyed the 2 balconies/ lanai (one off the living room and another off the bedroom). Lots of options for our teenage boys to entertain themselves outdoors. Basketball, volleyball, ping pong, bags, pools, games....
