"Overall I would recommend this property if you are like me and don’t do resorts and all inclusive. The studio apartment worked well for me and had an excellent view. Clean and comfortable with a functional kitchen should you want to dine in. There was a bit of a drive to and from the airport however I was met by a gentleman who I came to appreciate as he was very helpful and looked out for me during my stay. "From the day before I arrived, I tried numerous times to get in contact with this property owner to ask information about checking in and access. The contact number on Expedia was attached to a ex member of staff that left over a year ago, that this started to ring alarm bells. I was worried whether this guest house was genuine and if I would be able to get last minute hotel/ guesthouse if I couldn’t access. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Keep Cool Feb, 2023. I spent 12 nights here and it really was a home away from home. They have everything you should need to be comfortable. I stayed in the deluxe studio and the views were beautiful. The quality of the furniture, cookware, bedding, etc. was excellent. The accommodations are exactly as they have described. "The environment was nice and peaceful in a quiet neighborhood. After a nice 10 minute walk you can find yourself a bus stop where you can get into Rodney Bay in no time. So the place was definitely the perfect location."

"this was a disappointment , first off they left me a 1/4 roll of bathroom tissue with no extra and never brought anymore for 8 days . the place is old and tired ,the furniture is spent . the sofa had a smell ,i had to put bath towels on it to sit . the A/C in the room didnt work and it was hot . there wasnt any chest of drawers to unpack my bag . the hangers were also tired and spent . no one ever came by to see how i was doing or otherwise . even tho i sent a text of things that were missing...

"The individuals that operate this property made my stay exceptional. They reached out to me in advance to ensure I knew where the property was and to confirm my time and date of arrival. Bel Jou Hotel – Adults Only – All Inclusive

"Beautiful friendly hotel. We felt safe secure and very well looked after. Staff were so friendly and always on hand to support your need. We checked into a room in the 3rd floor (sea view) and it had a strong smell of damp and mould. We were moved fairly quickly to a new room which also had a faint smell of damp etc. The smell got worse as the week went on and not sure of it was the air con. Our friends also had a sea view room and they had no smell at all. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Food was lovely - we had something new to eat every day. Cocktails were amazing. 2 pools to choose from. The lower pool was very quiet and being in a group of two couples we had fun and were able to relax even if the other residents were especially quiet. Daily exercise in offer and the gym was stocked well enough. Beautiful grounds around the hotel and they offer a free shuttle to the town and beach. We didn’t goto the beach but town was an experience - the market is huge and everyone so friendly. We would definitely return to this hotel. It was relaxing and just what we needed for a weeks break. Thanks everyone ❤️"

"The people in St Lucia are charming. Food was excellent. My room was great, never slept so well. I loved the pool for swimming laps. Take boat ride to mud bath, great experience. I had spa appt which was lovely. The weather was perfect. I would recommend Soco House in St Lucia."

"This is a very beautiful, romantic, and unique resort on the beautiful island of St. Lucia. The suite that I stayed at had amazing views, and the open concept with 3 walls made me felt like I was sleeping in a tree house in the middle of a rainforest. During our stay, we had trouble with the WiFi and pool heating system. However, the staff was so great and they quickly fixed it promptly. The mosquitoes was an issue for me, and I wished the bugs repellent worked better. At the end of the day, each and everyone of the staff was so attentive, helpful and friendly, and they really ensured we had a great experience. I was a bit worried that I might get bored dining at the only restaurant there, but I never get bored of the views and what was on the menu with their daily special. Highly recommended. "
