It boasts 6,000 square feet of space, a convenient location in the Sherwood Forest community, and plenty of conveniences for a memorable mountain stay.

Swim year-round in your private indoor pool, soak up mountain views from 3 great decks, soak away stresses in the hot tub, and whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen. A theater room is great for a fun movie night, and there are big screen TVs throughout the cabin. Kids will love the bunk beds, and adults will appreciate the modern amenities throughout.

On top of all the great amenities at the cabin, enjoy a location about 5 miles from downtown. Easily drive to area attractions, great local restaurants, and unique shops in the area. Cabin was spacious & comfortable for our family of 14. The open main level was perfect for our members to gather and enjoy each others company while the bedrooms provided adequate privacy. Unfortunately the swimming pool was too cool & we could not get a few TVs to work. Over all we were pleased with the cabin.

Overpriced for the issues
1st, let me start with the good things about the cabin. Very big, just keeps going. The pool is small, but good for something like this. Not heated. I like that there was an alarm that sounds every time the door opens downstairs into the pool room. It is in a great location, easy to find, easy to park at. Convenient to Pigeon Forge. Now, for the nitty gritty. The internet is, at best, weak. If you’re on Verizon, no cell service. We were in a dead zone just about the entire trip. Sometimes the internet would work, mostly not. To that end we could not get the TV living room to work. They need a printed guide out for each individual TVs to help. The kids were thrilled with the game room and theater. However, the seats in the theater room are worn down, scratched, etc. I did have a time where we didn’t have enough towels. We had a party of twenty. They said there were supposed to be 42 there. I didn’t go around to count, but I do know that we didn’t have enough. When we called to request more, we were told there was a process and then eventually, we were told no. They told us they wouldn’t send over more TOWELS… towels. Palm to face. We had to use the provided pool towels to supplement. We didn’t feel the kitchen was stocked enough with cookware, etc. The only big skillet was a worn-down wok. In one of the rooms in the upper floors, water was dripping down on the bed and there was mold on the ceiling. The morning we left, one of our party saw two cockroaches in the kitchen.

Great Cabin
The cabin space was perfect, easy to get to, loved that it was all King beds or bunk beds. Well laid out space lots of room in kitchen with two large fridges. Did not like that despite registering the number of guests coming we were not provided enough soap for all the bathrooms.

Needed a good cleaning, spiderwebs, bugs in kitchen, floor wasn’t completely swept. Mattresses very worn, slopping to the middle. Pillows need replacing…very worn & some towels had frayed ends. Several light bulbs out so we bought some, rug in living room rolled in and we kept tripping over it. Furniture pretty worn out! The size of cabin was good for our family, layed out nicely. Room for all of us!

Great for big groups
We stayed with a bunch of friends for a long weekend motorcycle trip. This is a perfect layout with a large common area and plenty of separate sleeping spaces. The only negative we had was that the description said it had 8 full baths(with showers) but there were only 7 full and half baths. This was only an issue because we were all non-related adults that expected our own bath. It worked out fine and there made it right when we realized. Location is charcoal grill is right out front of deck, which was convenient. Plenty of paved parking for 12 bikes+. One things to note- if you are used to renting vrbo's from private parties where people leave behind condiments, salt and pepper, etc, this is not like that. You will need everything. The only negatives are that you can't control the ceiling fan/lights in the living room separately as it is up too high to reach and on same switch and they don't give you enough trash bags, paper towels and tp for the length of stay/group size for this size house. Otherwise great!

Accurate rating
The location was good. The air conditioning on the mail level could not reduce the temp lower than 8. The two small vents would never be able to work in such a large area. The furniture in the movie room should be an embarrassment for the owner as is most of the other furniture.All of the beds squeak and are old , except the one on the first floor. The mail floor was mopped using a soap based product that left a sticky film all over. They need a much better cleaning service. Lastly, they need to use a battery blower and clean the spider webs off of the front of the house and the cigarette ashes left on the back porch. This place could be so nice, but it's time to invest and maintain it. Take a couple weeks of income and make improvements.

overall wqe was very pleased but the grill needs to be replaced and was not cleaned from previous tenants and is in rough shape, pool table there was no calk or powder and pol sticks in bad shape. but overall we really enjoyed our stay, would rent from you all again
