You can walk right over no problem! The condo sleeps up to 6 guests and offers 2 full bedrooms with king beds and 2 bathrooms along with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom offers smart tvs equipped with cable and high speed internet. Come enjoy all the fun that Pigeon Forge has to offer, today!

The Neighborhood:
This condo is located in the middle of Pigeon Forge, TN! You really can't beat the location! You can walk to tons of activities including dining and entertainment. The Pigeon Forge Convention Center is right next door! You are located right on The Little Pigeon River that flows right out of The Great Smoky Mountains. It offers great trout fishing so don't forget to grab a daily fishing license! This is the closest lodging to the LeConte Convention Center! You can walk right over no problem!

Getting Around:
We always recommend a vehicle but you can walk to tons of activities located in Pigeon Forge, TN as this location is as good as it gets!

Other Things to Note:
Must be 21 or older to book this condo.

This condo sleeps 6 guests maximum.

This condo is easily accessible by main roads and parkways. We always recommend 4x4 drive depending on all the areas you may travel within The Great Smoky Mountains region, but again, this condo is very easy to access being right in the middle of downtown Pigeon Forge, TN on flat, paved city roads.

Gas fireplaces are seasonal and operate around October-March give or take depending on the weather.

Starter sets of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent are provided.

Bring your own coffee for the regular coffee maker.

This is the closest lodging to the LeConte Convention Center! You can walk right over no problem!

Your condo has an adjoining door to the neighboring condo (we have that one as well). When your door is closed, it is always locked from the other side. When the other unit’s door is closed, it is always locked from your side. We have the neighboring condo as well so please keep your door closed at all times. We provide a note on each door as a reminder. Thank you.

The outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day each year give or take. The outdoor pool usually closes at the end of August each year give or take. These dates are subject to change at any time and out of our control as they are controlled by the HOA. Any necessary maintenance work is out of our control, too, and controlled by the HOA with no notice. Thank you for your understanding.

Bears and other wildlife are common in the area. Do not feed bears or any type of wildlife and keep your belongings secured and vehicle doors locked at all times. Bears and wildlife are very protected in this area. Do not feed or bother bears or wildlife, at any time, during your stay. Thank you greatly for your understanding with this.

Overall ok. Floors were not clean. 5 adults and only 4 bath towels, no wash cloths. Pillows in master was awkward- king pillow folded to fit a standard pillow case - not comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. We could walk to the LeConte Conference Center located just a half block away. We could catch the trolley to visit The Island at the back of the conference center parking lot or walk down the greenway to The Island. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the mornings and evenings to eat a meal.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is in a great location with beautiful views of the river. It is within walking distance to the Island as well as lots of shops. The condo was clean, nicely decorated, and spacious enough for my family of 5. I look forward to booking again!

The condo was situated in a great walkable location to many restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed the beautiful covered patio overlooking the river as we watched the ducks, geese and herons. Chris made the checkin and checkout a breeze and was quick to answer any questions we had. Appreciated his kindness.

The condo was centrally located for where we going. The 2 bedrooms suited us just fine and stocked with everything we needed for a great stay. The view from the patio was amazing and walk way to the Island was very convenient. If we ever get to come back we would stay here again and would recommend.

It was a great stay. We stayed at Riverside Pigeon Forge 202 at the Bear Crossingin pigeon forge. The condo was very nice. It was clean and quiet. It had everything that you needed to berightat home. The balcony with he river behind was nice . You could just sit and listen to the river run. The island is in walking distance from the condo with a paved road walking trail. We will be back.

Amazing Condo in Amazing Location!
This property was perfect for me and my husband. We went for the annual Yama Con Anime Convention at the LeConte Center, and it was just a 5 minute or so walk. The greenway trail that runs behind the convention center to The Island was also super convenient, even though it was a little bit longer of a walk. It was great not having to drive much at all given how bad traffic gets on weekend nights during Christmas time. The condo was clean, our door code worked perfectly, and the check out instructions were super reasonable and easy. We had no issues with parking, and the location was just so perfect. This is going to be our go to condo when we visit from here on out!
