"Excellent location; parked the car and never moved it. The room could benefit from room darkening blinds, especially during the Christmas season with the giant glowing snowflake just outside the windows. The stairs were a challenge for two seniors, but for younger people will probably not pose a problem. Otherwise the room was exactly as shown in the photos and was clean and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. We found it very comfortable."

"The inside is nicely updated. It was warm enough in really cold temps. Kitchen, bathroom, and flooring was all newly updated. It was good for a couple and really worked well for us. Close to Geneva lake area and Spire. Restaurants and the park were a short drive. The area around the house is pretty industrial but the house does sit off the road some so there was some green lawn. It was a safe area too. Host had good communication and responsive. I would recommend staying here. "

"The property is on a large spread of land. Maggie the owner is pleasant and very attentive. Maggie also has a wonderful presonality and treats you like a guest in her own home. The cabin had been cleaned well and was very warm and inviting. Maggie added her own touches to the cabin. We are looking forward to going back next year."

"Expedia description misleading of the apartment. Ad said”4 bedrooms/3 bathrooms. It is a 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom. Had to disinvite 1 person. This was really awful for me, since they were already on their way. Yes it sleeps 4, but a queen bed and a queen pullout. As Seniors, this just doesn’t work. I feel I deserve a partial refund from Expedia."

"Marcus was very accommodating and allowed us to check in a bit early so we could make our Thanksgiving meal. “Thankfully.” We were able to check out the beach before the 3-1/2 feet of snow fell in 24 hours… certainly the beach would be lovely when better weather conditions prevail. Our dogs enjoyed the large lot as well as the beach. Marcus made sure we were able to get our cars out of the ice/snow and was very responsive. “Snowmageddon” truly made for a very memorable Thanksgiving. ...
