This time i had door.issues One was a keynthat the door.wasnt functional infinally after.severalmtimes had to ask to move.to a a new suite and then the next suite alsonhad door.handlemissues and was.notmworking properly amd had multiple.soor.banga on the door. Wonder how safe is this and i decised.tom hecknout early Very dissappointed. Also breakfast had no cookedmeggs and limited food compared to prior visits.. very dissapponting

Whatninkike wasmfruendly front desknstaff. The breakfast wasmlownon sausage and eggs and staff seemed exhausted fornthe needs of breakfast patrons. The halls where mynunit was.always had dirt and paper sceapsmand the fewndaysnthere i nevermsawnthem vacuum itnup. The staff at breakfast watches t.v. and eats this was.Monday breakfast person. The outside was severly neglected for.cleanliness and maintenance. There is mirenthan just being friendly at any hotel. Disappointed with breakfast and especially cleanliness of place inckuding windows and doors entrance to lobby

Positives: easy access to freeway; outside of property looks well maintained; ample parking; staff is friendly and helpful; breakfast is good; bed is comfortable with ample supply of pillows; AC works well; closet has adequate hangers and dresser has plenty of storage. Negatives: shower won’t turn off without brute force; bathtub extremely slick with no rubber mat available; bathtub drain plugged (all issues reported immediately- drain unplugged). Interior of hotel needs renovation paint, drywall repair; window screen replaced (shredding screen due to deterioration) . We will be looking to stay elsewhere next time we are in town.
