"Staff was great!! "

"Resort was good, rooms spacious and clean. Pool was out of service which we were not advised of before hand and even at checkin, we only found out by reading a sign. Our check in experience wasn’t great as the individual did not seem like they wanted to be there and did not really provide us any info about the resort, all other staff we encountered through the couple days were great however! "

"Our requests for xtra bedding were met immediately! And followed up with a call that it was satisfactory. Customer care was outstanding. Thank you"

"Well we booked the miles motel for five nights and they sent us over to silver Creek apartments which turned out to be bigger place then what we booked, way quieter and more relaxing then our original booking we loved it here and enjoy our stay , great service and they we even great to my service dog too. However, I have worked at a Marriott hotel before and I have certain expectations with Marriott. So being in a room with an adjoining door that doesn’t fully close was unacceptable to me.
