Set up for entertaining and comfortably sleeps 10, this home is guaranteed to make your vacation a spectacular one.

This beautiful 2-story home has it all. It is extremely spacious with 5 bedrooms, including a master suite with balcony that overlooks the backyard oasis. The home is immaculate and has brand new carpets installed in each bedroom. The backyard is the highlight of this home, you have to see it to believe it. The private, heated pool with grotto and water slide, attached jacuzzi, separate fire pit area AND basketball court will keep the whole family entertained. A BBQ grill is also available for outdoor cooking.

There are 3 full bathrooms, 2 car garage, veranda & private courtyard.

When you need a break from the AZ sun, there's enough to entertain you indoors as well. A full sized pool table, flat screen cable TV and WiFi are available. The front room of the home boasts a fireplace with the most amazing stone work you have ever seen - great conversation area.

The location is extremely convenient - 30 minute drive from the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport and 15 minutes from Phoenix -Mesa Gateway. The home is located in the quiet residential neighborhood of Marbella Vineyards in sunny Gilbert, AZ.

The home is located 10 minutes away from the southeast valley outdoor shopping and entertainment center, San Tan Village.

There are numerous Golf Courses within 20 minute drive. We'd be more than happy to provide you details on our favorite courses if this is of interest to you. Major grocery/drug stores are conveniently located within a 5 minute drive. If you are travelling with little ones, you'll be thrilled to know that there are 2 parks within a short walking distance as well as the walking/biking path that the home backs on to.

Outstanding!!!
To say that this home is outstanding is an understatement. My family and I had the most wonderful time at this property. The pool was one of the best features of the home and the kids loved the waterslide. The adults loved the spa. The hosts were very nice and true super hosts. We will definitely be back.

This is a perfect property for a family of all ages. There is so much to do near by, and the house and backyard is equipped with activities as well. The Hosts were so easy to work with and accommodating. The house is stocked with everything you need to be conformable and cook for the group, if desired. Beds are extremely comfy as well. Amazing!
We absolutely loved our stay! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day! It’s a safe and quiet neighbourhood, close to all amenities. Basketball, table tennis and the pool table were added bonuses. Communication with the host was great! There were no issues. We would definitely stay again.

Great house for a family get-away!
Spent a week at this lovely home as part of a family reunion in April of 22. The house was clean, comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed, especially the kitchen! The backyard is amazing and everyone enjoyed the pool, spa and pool table. The location was perfectly situated by where others in our group were staying and we hosted a happy hour and a dinner one night (approx 23 people) and we had more than enough room for everyone. Definitely would stay here again!

Perfect!
We had the best time in this home! Everything was just as described in the listing and the photos don’t do it justice. The pool and hot tub are great. Kitchen is well stocked and there was plenty of room in the house for all 8 of us to spread out and be comfortable. Communication between Diana and myself was prompt and she answered all questions asked. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area! Fun 🤩 for all ages
The Bates property was truly an oasis in the desert. Such a beautiful backyard environment. We were here visiting our son and his family who live here in Gilbert. It provided us with a very relaxing setting with lots of extras: a beautiful pool and hot tub, a basketball court, a pool table and a closet stocked with games. Truly a fun-for-all-ages kind of place. Clint was very available and gracious in his communication with us. Thanks for the great stay.

A very comfortable home
The home is in a nice neighborhood, adjacent to parks and walking paths. It is clean and well maintained, and communication with the hosts was VERY good. A quick note about heating the spa and pool...The temperatures during our stay (mid-December) were lows of 38 at night and highs of 65 during the day. Heating the spa was not a problem, but we did not succeed in heating the pool to a comfortable temperature.

I don’t often write reviews. Here are the things I look for when choosing a property. The property is in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of room for our adult family. Easy access to grocery store, food, banks, etc We walked to get smoothies the first few mornings and our kids felt safe going for runs. Close to hiking and golf. The beds are squeaky but really comfortable. The pool/hot tub made all the difference! Diana & Clint were so sweet and easy to reach and helped us with whatever we needed. We would definitely book this home again in the future.

Paradise in Arizona
The property is absolutely fantastic and the amenities are First Class! When we first arrived, there were some minor cleaning issues, however Diana & Clint were very expedient in resolving any problems. We had an issue with the dishwasher and they had a new one installed the next morning! I cannot stress enough how gracious and pleasant Diana & Clint were in meeting our needs to ensure an enjoyable stay in their home! The spa is absolutely fantastic (unfortunately it was not warm enough to use the pool) and Clint was extremely helpful in his instructions for using and heating the spa! The neighborhood is wonderful and very suitable and safe for long walks.

Title says it all because interior leaves much to be desired. Beds were swayed, hard and squeaked. Pillows were flat and hard. No seating other than beds in bedrooms. Only one sitting area on lower level. It was an old, uncomfortable and broken down reclining seating in front of TV.. Kitchen contained good selection of small appliances, nice dishes and silverware. Many games. Pool table had a broken leg during our stay.

Absolutely Wonderful All Around
We were looking for a last minute road trip and Clint and Diana couldn't have made it any more convenient and seamless. Communication was fluent from the inquiry email I sent all the way to the day we departed. In fact it was their personable touch that made us choose their place. Upon arrival we found a brand new crockpot and basketball waiting for us just because I asked if they had those items and they wanted to be sure they were there for us! The whole time we were there the kids kept saying this place feels so much like home. Any questions that came up were answered within 10 minutes. We really hope we have the opportunity to visit this beautiful home again soon! Thank you so much for making the end of 2020 special!
