You'll love this tropical get-a-way featuring 3 bedrooms plus a loft, 2.5 bathroom, two story home in Goodyear / Litchfield Park. So close to everything! Walk to dining and shopping, the Wigwam Resort, concerts and more. 5 miles to the Goodyear Ballparks and Camelback Ranch, 7 miles to the State Farm AZ Cardinals Stadium, 6 miles to Wildlife World Zoo, Close to hiking/walking paths and easy access to I-10, 101 Loop and 303. World Class Golf all around.
This home has an open floor plan with dining for up to 12 at a time. Both upstairs bathrooms have double sinks. The attached master bathroom features a large soaking tub and separate shower.
Enjoy the crystal clear pool (heated to 84 degrees October through April) and paver patio with pergola and built-in gas firepit in the beautiful resort-like backyard of a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. 1 block from our neighborhood park.
Please note that there is overnight parking for 2 vehicles only in the driveway. No overnight street parking allowed. No garage access.

Great Spot for Spring Training and Golf
Very clean and well appointed house, short drive from anything you need. Backyard was perfect to enjoy the pool, the fire pit in the evenings and catching up with friends. 15-30 min drive from multiple spring training sites. Stephanie was a great host and communicated quickly. Would stay here again!

Wonderful stay
The house was a perfect fit for our family while we were in town for a golf tournament. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and the house is in close proximity to anything you would need. Stephanie was very responsive. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Family Time in AZ
What a great place to spend time with family! This property is located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, and spring training facilities. We walked to the park daily, small but with a huge open space to play pickup games. The house was spotless and Stephanie has thought of everything. Supplies were easy to find and plentiful. We cooked at the house and ate out. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well in the cool AZ spring evenings. During the heat of the day, we enjoyed taking a dip in the pool. It was the perfect temperature. There are floaties to use while cooling off. Stephanie was amazing throughout our stay, she let us know when the pool guy was coming and was quick to respond with answers to the few questions we had. We look forward to staying at this property again in the future.

Family First
The property in Goodyear was relaxing, centrally located to shopping and restaurants. The house is well maintained and beautifully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable. The outdoor patio area and pool was a hit with the family. I would definitely rent from the owners again. Stephanie was easy to reach and clearly her intent was to make our stay special.
