We really enjoyed our stay at the Sun City West house. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood with great walking streets and access to the rec centers. I would highly recommend a stay if you're looking for a low-key place for sunny rest and relaxation.

MAYO Trip
The House was excellent. It was very convenient to relax after numerous trips to the MAYC Clinic. There was a minor problem with front door lock. Called manager and problem solved. We would unconditionally recommend to others. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Sun city west home
My family and I all LOVED this home away from home. We loved how almost everything was perfect. A few small issues when we arrived. No instructions for the TV remote, Bluetooth speakers. I had a hard time finding garage door remote. 1 old chair broke the 1st time my wife sat in it. All that said the house was very well decorated ! The house was stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and laundry room. Very roomy and clean. Great area to visit. The pool and the workout areas are now off limits to vacationers.

Would have received 5 stars, but getting in to the property was very difficult. The battery had died on the lock so code did not work. The lock box had jammed so took about 15 minutes of of fiddling before it opened. The manager came about 30 minutes after I had called and installed a new battery and a new code. The house is immaculate with everything you could want for a great stay. Since I was in the area on business I only used bedroom and bathroom, taking my meals out.

My wife and I LOVE ❤️ 😍 this house 🏠. I love the fact that someone actually lives there and have invited us into their home to stay for an extended time. Our family joined us for 3 days and all loved this house from 3 years old to 30 somethings 😀 ❤️. The house has so many useful things to use on your stay. The rooms are huge. The whole house is decorated with a real artistic style 🙌 👏.! The neighborhood was very lovely and laid-back. Lots of people taking a walk 🚶‍♂️ around the neighborhood. Golfers 🏌️‍♂️ 🏌️‍♀️ paradise with a golf ⛳️ course every block it seems. The only problem that we had was that the shared swimming 🏊‍♀️ pool and recreation facilities were not allowing us to use the facilities ! We were very disappointed 😞. The receptionist said that we had to have a permit that is for residents only. They have changed the rules because of owners allowing renters access. We felt very disgusted with this selfish decision, but we don't live there yet. I don't know how much of a problem they had with renters.

Lovely home in Sun City West
Visited friends and Sun City West and wanted our own space. This house was perfect. Enjoyed a couple of evenings in. Had all the things that would allow to make a nice dinner. Especially loved the screened in back porch. I would enjoy my morning cup of coffee on it. Would recommend this property to anyone who is visiting Sun City West.

ok after initial blip
My wife went ahead of me and the entry keypad did not work properly. The blinds in the living room would not close. Management responded well, but it was frustrating for a while. Other than that, very good. The best equipped of any place we've stayed.
