Hello, and thank you for considering my property! This 2BR, 2BA condo is on the ground floor; no stairs, no steps and within a minute or two of your assigned covered parking slot. It is located in a beautifully landscaped, gated complex; near Arizona's finest shopping, dining, and recreational area. You are moments away from golf courses, biking highways(Scottsdale's Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt), parks, fishing ponds(Chaparral Park within walking distance), Fashion Square(2.4 miles, just to give you an idea), Old Town Scottsdale, Talking Stick Resort & Casino(Top Golf), Barret Jackson Auto Auction & Arabian Horse Show and even the 101 Highway. Whether you are visiting for Spring Training(San Francisco Giants), Sloan Park(Home of the Chicago Cubs), escaping the winter, or anything in between--you will not be let down!

Guest Access:
Your stay is important to me. You will have a unique access code to enter the unit. It will automatically deactivate itself upon check-out.
Guests will be able to enjoy the entire space of the condo, along with its wonderful amenities that the community has to offer. Amenities include: Fitness Center, Pools(one is salt water heated the other isn’t, Hot Tub, Clubhouse(computers, and printer are available here in case you don't bring your laptop).

Please note:
Community pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, HOA pool upgrades, and other environmental factors may lead to pool closure. However, HOA is usually on top of things and it shouldn't take too long. Refunds will not be issued for situations beyond my control.

Utility Caps apply to summer guests. Should you exceed over $130 for electricity you will charged the exceeded amount.

Central location to lots of activities!
Host is excellent and responsive to a small issue. You are close to baseball spring training, golf, aquarium and roads to take you all over the valley. Great for a long stay. Cozy with all amenities for cooking in. There are however lots of great restaurants nearby!

We had a very enjoyable stay at Eneyda’s condo. Being right on the greenway we biked to restaurants, libraries, parks. The condo is very comfortable and Eneyda is a wonderful host. We would stay again.

Another Perfect Stay
Condo is comfortable, clean and in a safe neighborhood. so close to everything, Old Town, freeway, Scottsdale Road, walking park. We have stayed here twice and will be back again. Gated community at night and very quiet. Community grille, pool and gym. Beds are comfortable. Manager is very accessible and easy to work with. Great value for the money.

A very good experience!
The landlord, Eneyda, was always very quick to respond and took care of any needs that arose. You won't find a better person to rent from anywhere! The property was very secure as a gated community. The 1000 square foot size was very comfortable for the 2 of us and had everything we needed. I would recommend renting from Eneyda 100%. Hope this helps.

Great location, very comfortable beds and pillows!
We really enjoyed our month here. The location was excellent (Walking distance to Chapparal Park which has everything from ball diamonds, soccer fields, dog parks, ponds, walking paths etc.) As stated in the title, the beds were surprisingly comfortable and so were the pillows. Even the towels were good quality. Our host, Eneyda, was excellent at communicating right from the day we booked and was very responsive throughout our stay. A nice touch with the large package of Starbucks coffee she had for us when we arrived. It lasted nearly the entire month. Also the place was well stocked, from quality cutting knives and frying pans to extra batteries and other kitchenware.

Wonderful Scottsdale condo in a perfect location
We loved our 40 night stay at this condo. The neighborhood is lovely and we enjoyed daily walks thru this wonderful area of Scottsdale. The condo was just as promised and our host was so available and met our needs and questions. The area restaurants are plentiful and all very good. We hope to come back next year.

This condo met all my expectations. Had good internet so I could work, a nice pool that was pretty much my personal pool. I enjoyed the quick access to the canals, which make a great network for walking and biking the area.

Neat, tidy, clean but compact. Owners very attentive when minor problems occurred.
The weather was quite warm during our stay so we used the pool and BBQ areas extensively. Both areas were well maintained on a daily basis. Everybody here seems to have a dog. They are well controlled with only the very occasional "land mine" to avoid.

Fantastic Condo in Great area. Tons of ammenities, great pool, well stocked kitchen, AWESOME!
Spent 5 nights at this condo with husband my and 2 kids, 11 & 14. It fit us perfectly. Beds were comfortable, Great shower and bathrooms, plenty of space! T.V. service and internet were a bonus as well. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need at home and Washer and Dryer was a plus. Only wish they had a bigger coffee pot (it only made 4 cups at a time) They also had plenty of supplies to use in bathroom, kitchen, and for washer. Plenty of blankets and pillows as well. Had 2 pool areas, one heated and one not. The heated pool had beautiful patio chairs, umbrellas, tables, and a hot tub...plus the pool was a prefect warm temperature...even for us moms! The property was well maintained and very quiet. Used the Gas grills they had around the property a few times and worked well to grill our burgers and steak! Right off the freeway and plenty of stores to grocery shop or any kind of shopping all nearby. Really close to a few Spring Training Baseball parks, about 20 minutes to others. Plenty of things to do in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. We really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return to this "Home away from Home!" Everything was perfect. Eneyda and Christian were super easy to get a hold of and Edenya messaged a few times to make sure everything was going smooth and answer any questions. Thanks for a superb stay!

Great Place to Stay!
This was our first time using VRBO and couldn't be happier with our choice! Cristian and Eneyda were very easy to work with and were very quick at answering all our questions. The condo is nicely furnished with very comfortable beds, it included a washer and dryer which came in very handy. Since we were there for two weeks it was a nice surprise to have a cleaning lady come after 1 week (at our convenience) to change the linens and tidy things up! It is a quiet condo with nice neighbors and heated pool that was never very crowded. We thoroughly enjoyed our time spent there and hope it is available when we plan our next trip!

Truly a great find in Scottsdale!
Our great experience started when I found this property on VRBO and started corresponding with Christian. All of my questions were answered quickly. Great follow up emails to make sure we arrived at the unit and had everything we needed. When we arrived in the unit, we were thrilled with how clean this place looked and smelled. I am very discerning (aka "picky") and this meant a lot to me. There were only two of us, although the unit is well-suited for 4. We stayed in the master bedroom and I was pleased that the linens were quality linens that are white. Bathrooms had plenty of toiletries available to use if you did not bring your own. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and everything needed for me to cook every day/night. Great dishwasher! It was very convenient to have a washer/dryer in the unit with detergent/softener provided. We were in Scottsdale to bike on the biking trail and it was extremely convenient to get to. The location is great, right off the 101 and everything you need, supermarkets, etc., are right nearby. I told my husband I was amazed at how quiet it was in this unit. I was concerned because it was a ground-floor unit but we really did not hear a thing. We used the living room to relax and watch television and it was so comfortable to sit in the recliners after an active day. All in all, we really enjoyed staying here and are currently looking at it to come back later in the year. The owners did not skimp on anything. You won't be disappointed.
