Heated Pool Service available for an additional fee:

$225 dollars for the first day

$150 for each additional day.
The pool is heated to a cozy 80 degrees, typically taking 2-3 full days for heating. It's best to arrange payment for the heated pool service when making your initial reservation, but it can also be added up to 2 days before your check-in. Please be aware that this fee is non-refundable. This setup gives you sufficient time to evaluate the weather and determine if you'd like the pool heated for your stay.

Unfortunately, we do not offer the choice to heat the pool for only part of your stay. This decision is based on the substantial expense of heating 18,000 gallons of water for the property owner.

The heat pump needs outdoor temperatures of at least 50 degrees to efficiently warm the pool. Payment for the heated pool service must be made at the time of the initial reservation. Please be aware that in December and January, the outdoor temperatures are usually too cold for the heat pump to achieve the desired 80-degree pool temperature.

Early check-in/late check-out fee:
$400 plus tax per request (subject to availability). Please note, the home must be cleaned for the next guest's check-in by 4:00 PM.

While we don't recommend hosting 16 people in the home, this is the maximum capacity allowed at any given time. However, we suggest that 10 individuals would be a more comfortable fit, with 2 people allocated per room.

Garage and one storage closet is not accessible in this property. All houses are professionally staged and all throw pillows, blankets, & small items used to decorate the house are taken out to remove clutter. Black Convertible Sofa Sleeper has been replaced with grey couch that is more comfortable. Outdoor fire bowls used for staging have been removed.

We do not provide lounge cushions and advise to use a white towel on sun lounge chairs. We do not supply pool floats due to sanitation concerns from prolonged sun exposure. Please ask for additional umbrellas if needed.

AZ weather and extreme elements makes it impossible to keep outdoor furniture clean; especially any type of cushions. The cleaning staff does not clean the BBQ grill.

Please note that our members of our team may visit the property during your stay. This includes our landscaping and pool maintenance crews. These visits are essential for maintaining the property and cannot be rescheduled or delayed.
