Hike, bike, horseback ride, ATV through the desert, or just lounge about the private glittering pool to have an unforgettable time. Spend your evenings challenging your friends and loved ones on the private putting green or telling stories as you make s'mores at the firepit.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the home. Make yourself at home by relaxing on the plush furniture, carrying on great conversation, and streaming movies on the large TV. Serve your guests home-cooked dinners at the formal dining table under a chandelier. Create culinary charms in the spacious full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a floating island countertop. Afterward, wind down by sitting on the furnished lakeside deck and appreciating the picturesque scenery. When you come back in, gather your guests to play some of the provided games as the night comes to a close. With five beds, one sofa bed, a pack-n-play, and a crib, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities. Find the epitome of comfort in the main bedroom, which boasts plenty of room, french doors out to the balcony, a TV for private viewing, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
5 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
