At no additional fee. orange tree and a comfortable space to sit and visit. No two stories close by...which makes for a very private backyard. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, cable in the master and main living room, WiFi, Netflix in every room with 4 separate accounts. and 50 inch TV's in every room. Security system. Minutes from Lone Tree Golf Course,. New Gila River Resort and Casino 3 minutes(1.2 miles) 9.0 miles to Gilbert Temple and minutes away from many hiking trails.

Great Pool and House
This house is set up for the perfect vacation rental. The pool is beautiful and relaxing. The waterfall in the pool is great focal point for meals in the house. The game room is a great addition. The lay out of the house makes it easy to get around for all ages. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes for meals. There are several grocery stores within a few minutes drive.

Fantastic Springfield Lakes home

Very nice property with a lovely pool, nice and warm too for our stay with weather around 70*. Clean, plenty of space and amenities for 5 of us. Pool table for teens to be entertained was nice. We had 5 adults and an 8 year old. We all enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for all of us. Christmas decorations were a very nice touch and helped Santa find us. The pool was wonderful and WARM. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again.

February Chandler Stay
We stayed at this Chandler house for seven days and wished it has been seven more! The heated outdoor pool was our draw and we enjoyed it every day. Great home for families with plenty of beds, linens, dishes, etc. Nice neighborhood. Papa and grandson spent a few moments each morning learning how to play pool. We also enjoyed fresh squeezed orange juice from the orange tree in the back yard. Overall very pleasant and relaxing experience!

So convenient for families
I love this property. It was our second time staying. Everything was clean and in working order. My kids loved the pool and it was almost hot tub temperature! This house is located amongst so many fun places (fat cats bowling/movie/mini golf, public parks mesquite groves is our favorite! Not to mention all the shopping that is literally minutes from the house. We can't wait to visit again!
