The space
Extensively remodeled with modern finishes and top of the line designer furniture. You will feel right at home as soon as you walk through the doors and are greeted by the open concept great room. Ideal for family or friend get togethers as there is 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Backyard paradise with multiple seating areas and an option for heated pool. Close to all that Scottsdale has to offer including golf, shopping, dining, nightlife, and hiking.

Other things to note

NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! Any loud of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. We welcome our guests to have fun and enjoy the home but you must always be respectful of the neighbors.

Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly which is Scottsdale City Ordinance

Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in the backyard.

No smoking in home at any time

Pool can be heated for an additional $75 per day or $350 per week. Must give host at least 72 hour advance notice for pool heating option for the pool to be heated.

Great humble home

Clean rental with no drama. Close to everything. Garage parking is a game changer. Water flows great and all appliances actually work! Very communicative host who answered questions quickly and provided a very reasonable offer on a half day extension. We will be back here on future tennis trips!

Great quiet neighborhood. Floors were a little dirty. Need better mattresses and more towels. Pool was great and lots of open space in the kitchen with lots of stools to accomadate our big group. Kitchen was stocked well. Overall great stay.

Great stay for bachelor trip

House was well maintained. Kitchen was extremely nice with a lot of space. There were 10 guys on this trip and the space was comfortably enough. Master bedroom and bathroom very spacious. Backyard and pool area very nice to hangout for pool days. Host was responsive to messages in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again. Nothing negative to say.

Nice Clean Comfortable House

The house was great, newly refurbished with nice furniture, linens etc and in a good convenient location and pretty neighborhood. On the downside a $3000 deposit is required that was held for 10 days by owner, now another 2 weeks by VRBO. Excessive and not needed with this level of home in this area.

Wonderful house!

We loved the house! The kitchen is huge; the photos don't do it justice. There were 9 adults, and we had plenty of room, dishes, glassware. I bought some large foil pans to bake food for a crowd. Pool temp (we had it heated) was fantastic although we did not use it as much as we thought we would. Beds were comfortable, and we liked all the supplies that were included such as Kleenex and face wipes. The paved trail is right out the door - a real plus. Good communication with the rental manager and the owner. Highly recommend.

Spring-training vacation

The house was everything we needed for our kids and grandkids. Bart was helpful to make sure it was assessable for our son in a wheelchair. The home was roomy, comfortable, clean and well supplied. The beds were the most comfortable we’ve seen as well as the linens. The kitchen was great for meals and plenty of seating. We were glad there was a BBQ grill. The grandkids loved the bunk room and the heated pool. We enjoyed the large master suite. The neighborhood was quiet and provided great places to walk. The house was as advertized and we certainly be back.

Scottsdale 5 bedroom home

We travel through VRBO or the likes at least 10 times per year. This home was located in a great neighborhood, loved the size of home and roominess. Kitchen was not stocked as I would expect. We usually travel with 6+ in our group. Staying in a home allows us to more cost effectively travel by cooking our own meals. This kitchen. Was very sparse. Had plenty of cups and plates but sparse on everything else. The only bathroom connected to a bedroom was the master suite.

One of the nicest houses we have stayed in. I would recommend staying here. The pool was nice. The bed’s comfortable as well as the other furnishings. Location was great for us. The floors were not clean though. We paid a cleaning fee, hopefully it’s better for the next people. We also ran short of toilet paper. Had to ration. The property manager was supposed to bring some but did not.

Great Home but needs some things addressed

This is a beautiful home, however the pool was not heated as described and there were specific instructions to not touch the pool settings so the pool was a bit chilly. The outdoor living space and pool had not been cleaned and we spent a significant amount of time day one of our stay doing this ourselves. I reached out to property manager once with quick response however the following day sent text with no reply. There was no prior notification that the pool was getting cleaned on our first full day and so we had to stop mid day our plans and get out of the pool. The interior of the house upon first glance was well kept however the floors especially did not look or feel clean. The garbage disposal did not work but my husband was able to get that working himself. There were also cigarette butts in the yard space. Lastly there was quite a big bug problem and many cockroaches were found inside the home alive and roaming around. I sent a detailed text yesterday upon checking out per the listed instructions however over 24 hours later have not received a response. We made the best of our trip but there are some things that need to be addressed for future guests.
