The views from the windows were nice as well. Slightly disappointed that we only had free breakfast on the 1st morning and not the 2nd day because they no longer offered it as of 1/1. "It seems they are making improvements and upgrades. It felt clean. A couple of needed improvements would be new towels—they were quite worn and rough. The mattress was about a 5 of 10. I would stay here again. Improvements were noticeable. "

"There was a wedding reception in the lobby. Make sure you get a room as high up as possible. We were on the topmost 9th floor and the deep rumble of the music even reached us but it was just a distant rumble. Make reservations for the restaurants early especially for the weekend brunch. Enjoy a more gracious time. "

"It is in a great location and has wonderful views of the river and mountains. The inn has a very festive and cozy atmosphere during Christmas. Friendly staff. We learnt interesting historic facts about the inn. "
