"The house handled four adult couples a solo traveler and child well. The house was clean and a beautiful setting. We used the hot tub, pool table, dishes on the dock, and cooked. Our trip was in January and it was very cold out, so we spent all our time inside, but the sunset views were spectacular, the kitchen well-equipped for family meals, and watching deer from the comfort of our cozy kitchen and family room. "My son got married in Crossville and I needed to find a house that would sleep 20 people. This house was perfect, plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms/living spaces. The host provides a ton of towels and extra toiletries. Such a surprise to find toy boxes and baby items that were helpful since some of the family had to fly in and were limited on what they could bring. "We really liked this place! Looks like an unassuming old farmhouse next to a busy highway, but inside it's super clean, cute and cozy with Christmas decorations and lots of room to spread out! Well stocked with water and coffee, plus games and air hockey table. Beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms stocked with toiletry items. "This property is great and just as described. We had a few minor issues but Ed was very responsive and took care of each issue promptly. The walk to and from the lake is quite steep so be prepared to get a workout! My elderly parents were unable to make the walk but since there is also a pool we still had a place to hang with them. "
