"The address given will take you to the office. The actual rooms are a short walk away in a residential area. If you don't have a lot of luggage and don't mind walking, I suggest you walk from the airport. There is a 7-11 and a few restaurants around, but not much. The area is quiet, except for the planes. "I reserved the room weeks in advance. I requested two single beds. They said confirmed and no problem. When I arrived at 3pm she said the twin bed room wasn’t available and she had a king. I decided to take the room BUT I then found out the room was at the top of the stairs 7 flights up! I’m glad I only had to stay one night. "

"The ladies at the front desk were beyond mice and extremely helpful with everything. Our room was nice and clean and AC worked great. A lot of street food very close by which wqs all amazing. Only down side was the Cable TV didnt work (not a big deal, but worth noting) and also there are no taxis or grabs available in that area at all so you're kind of stuck. Overall for the price and the service I would highly recommend if you'te in the area. "

"Avoid this place. Check-in was difficult in the dingy reception, which looked like a dump, as the elderly lady had no idea I was coming. Finally she understood, but asked if I had already paid, which I had.Room was up 4 flights of stairs. Big room but walls covered in dark wood, only one small window, very dingy.Bed was lumpy, shower good & hot, only one plug socket away from the kettle,light switches on the other side of the room from the bed. "The bungalows were beautiful on a beautiful setting. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were too hard for my preference. Just a few geckos ran through our bungalow, but that's expected. The beaches were not good for me, too much rocks. It's a relaxing island. "

"The property was very clean and beautiful! It was a perfect stay! The kids loved the beautiful pool. The owners were very responsive to messages. The area was quiet but close to lots of things! Cannot recommend highly enough!!!"

"Very poor communication with reception. Paid for breakfast, but no known breakfast services. Front desk didn’t even advise until checkout. "

Kamala Beach Resort, A Sunprime Resort - Adults Only

"My mom and I stayed at this resort in Jan of 2025! We absolutely loved it. From check in to check out the staff were friendly and helpful. Food: breakfast buffet was amazing and worth signing up for. We didn’t sign up for it initially but was no problem to go down and charge it to your room. Amazing coffee and amazing breakfast food lay out Pools were great, clean and lots of chairs to choose from. Multiple pools around the resort with swim up bars. The resort is directly in the beach so you are walkable distance to so many vendors and lunch/ dinner options. I’d recommend bread fusion that is on the strip. Amazing sandwhiches and smoothie bowls! Rooms were hugeeeeee, amazing amenities like a gym and workout classes, and massive balconies to enjoy some quiet time. The resort also had a minimarket you can go and buy water and snacks at. Overall would highly highly recommend this resort to stay at!!"
