"The address given will take you to the office. The actual rooms are a short walk away in a residential area. If you don't have a lot of luggage and don't mind walking, I suggest you walk from the airport. There is a 7-11 and a few restaurants around, but not much. The area is quiet, except for the planes. "I reserved the room weeks in advance. I requested two single beds. They said confirmed and no problem. When I arrived at 3pm she said the twin bed room wasn’t available and she had a king. I decided to take the room BUT I then found out the room was at the top of the stairs 7 flights up! I’m glad I only had to stay one night. "

"A cozy villa nestled around a small, well-lit garden in a peaceful setting. Conveniently, there’s a 7-Eleven nearby for essentials. Considering the remote location, hiring a self-driving ride for transportation might be a good idea. The staff is friendly, and the rooms and bedding are clean. While food delivery may not always be available, booking a cab is an option."

"I had the room at the front of the building. The room was spacious, with two huge windows, so plenty of light. The view is good at eye level and above. It was well decorated and pleasant. On the down side, it overlooks the main road so is rather noisy. During the day, it's a continuous drone, so it fades into the background. At night, earplugs! These are kindly provided. Be aware, the other rooms face onto a wall."

"Avoid this place. Check-in was difficult in the dingy reception, which looked like a dump, as the elderly lady had no idea I was coming. Finally she understood, but asked if I had already paid, which I had.Room was up 4 flights of stairs. Big room but walls covered in dark wood, only one small window, very dingy.Bed was lumpy, shower good & hot, only one plug socket away from the kettle,light switches on the other side of the room from the bed. "They resort was unresponsive to my messages and calls. I showed up from the airport after a 20 minutes drive around 10pm. No one was present to give me a key, and no one was answering the phone, I had been trying to call before my flight took off as well. We ended up having to drive back to the airport to find a different hotel last minute. Very disappointed and unprofessional. "

"The bungalows were beautiful on a beautiful setting. The owner and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were too hard for my preference. Just a few geckos ran through our bungalow, but that's expected. The beaches were not good for me, too much rocks. It's a relaxing island. "

"For only two people this house is definitely too big. We knew it from the beginning, but its surroundings made us to decide to go there anyway for nearly 2 weeks. And we did not regret our decision.From the very beginning – the one way transfer from Phuket airport is included and very easy – we felt at home in this nice house: A big and clean pool, with a well maintained garden to observe squirrels and chipmunks as well as many exotic birds. You have to pay to make the experience 6 star!

"Lovely resort. The design is a bit odd and all the non villa rooms with pools are actually full shade, which sort of defeats the purpose of a private pool. We ended up switching and upgrading to a villa which had the sun and view and turned so so into a great experience. Food is very pricey compared to other resorts and it is relatively away from most places. There isn’t a nearby town for restaurants. "

Excellent stay

"Hotel is very close to airport, shops and restaurants. It has a nice pool/bar on the top and a bar/restaurant in the garden. They provide a free transfer one way from the airport. There is a free hourly shuttle bus to the beach (40minute walk). The rooms are big & super clean. The staff are very helpful, great place for a couple of nights or airport layover. Highly recommend."

"Amazing hotel!! Second time here .. can’t wait to come back again!! Everything is exceptional .. decor, attention to detail and amazing dinner at one of my favourite Italian restaurant!! Classy and elegant but don’t charge for sunscreen guys that’s a big let down .. just have some communal pumps there where people can help themselves if they don’t want to go all the way back to their villa .. "

"Really good stay- amazing atmosphere! Excellent view from our room. We were with 3 children, had so much fun. Pool is amazing- the taxi service works great. Kids club we didn't use- but looks really good. Thank you Matmee from reception for everything! And also for the rest of the amazing crew! We liked it a lot!"

"Amazing property with fun activities for kids and a very clean and safe beach with few free water sports activities. We were 4 families and it was lot of fun with kayaking, swimming along with yummy breakfast and very delicious Indian restaurant. The chef Atul was our saviour in the restaurant 😀"
