Tolle Ferienwohnung + toller Gastgeber = toller Urlaub
Die Wohung ist in einer Nebenstraße in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und der Altstadt und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die zentrale Lage ist ein prima Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktionen, da man mit Bahn, Bus und Fähre schnell und unkompliziert tolle Ausflüge und Aktivitäten machen kann. Eine schöne, sehr saubere und moderne Wohnung, die mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet ist. Sogar eine Klimanlage und Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Emiliano ist ein toller Gastgeber. Alles lief von Anfang an total unproblematisch und entspannt. Man merkt, dass Emiliano sehr viel am dem Wohlergehen seiner Gäste liegt und hilft gerne mit Tips, Informationen, Planungen und netten Gesprächen weiter. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles an Emiliano und seinen beiden Hunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei euch gefühlt und einen tollen Urlaub verbracht.

A clean and tidy apartment
We stayed with Emiliano and his family with our children (6 and 11). The apartment had almost everything you need. An oven would have been nice. But it was also possible without. Everything was clean and tidy. Emiliano was always friendly and helpful. He was a great help to make our car more or less roadworthy after a lot of hail damage. The apartment is actually close to the train station and the lake. We walked a good 20 minutes to the beach and it was also 20 minutes to town. The best pizza for us was 3 minutes walk across from Penny at Sosta e gusta. Thanks for everything Emiliano.

Best host of all times
It was a very beautiful and pleasant stay in Peschiera. The apartment was very clean and calm though it is just ten minutes walk to the city and the station. Last but not least we have to praise Emiliano which is a great guy and best host. Many thanks for everything and have a great time!

Wunderbare Lage mit hilfsbereiten Vermieter
Die Lage der Wohung ist zentral in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und der Altstadt, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem Notwendigkeit ausgestattet. Der Vermieter Emiliano ist sehr hilfsbereit, hat tolle Tipps und immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Ihm liegt sehr viel am Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste und dass man einen tollen Urlaub verbringt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft gerne weiterempfehlen!

Sehr netter Vermieter, Top Lage, super Urlaub
Der Vermieter Emiliano ist sehr nett, zuvorkommend, immer erreichbar, flexibel, hilft bei der Planung von Ausflügen und ist einfach einmalig. Unsere Anreise verzögerte sich durch eine Fahrzeugpanne um einen Tag und diverser Staus am neuen Anreisetag um 4 Stunden, war für ihn alles kein Problem. Das Haus und die enthaltene Wohnung ist in echt noch viel schöner als die Bilder Online. Es ist alles vorhanden, Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, Wäscheleine und sehr bequeme Betten. Das Auto steht auf einem abgeschlossenen, eingezäunten Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge mit der Bahn (z.B. nach Verona, Venedig oder Mailand), man braucht max. 5 Minuten zu Fuss zum Bahnhof. Zum Kieselstrand sind es 15-20 Minuten zu Fuss (Badeschuhe nicht vergessen). Wir haben uns sehr sehr Wohl gefühlt und waren bestimmt nicht zum Letzten Mal zu Gast bei Emiliano. Es war unser erstes Mal am Gardasee und es war rundum gelungen.

Perfekt- jederzeit wieder
Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter (hat uns für den Garten extra einen Sonnenschirm gekauft). In der Wohnung war alles da, was man braucht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit kleinem Gefrierfach. Die Lage ist auch super, ruhig und doch zentral. Sofort wieder!

Gelungener Urlaub
Wir waren das erste Mal am Gardasee und uns hat der Urlaub dort sehr gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, nett und zweckvoll eingerichtet, sehr ordentlich und sauber. Sie ist zentral gelegen, sowohl zum Ort als auch zum Bahnhof. Umliegende und auch weitere Städte lassen sich mit der Bahn preiswert und gut erreichen, Benzin- und Mautkosten entfallen dadurch und auch die lästige Parkplatzsuche. Zum Ort und See ist es auch nicht weit. Parkmöglichkeit am Haus und nicht auf der Straße ist vorhanden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Fahrradverleih in der Nähe. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, alles, was einen Urlaub angenehm macht.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso la proprietà del Sig. Emiliano e ci siamo trovati benissimo!!! La casa è situata vicino al centro, vicinissimo a supermercati e pizzerie e poco distante da Gardaland. Il Sig. Emiliano è stato molto presente con consigli e/o suggerimenti sul come muoversi e/o sul cosa poter fare e visitare nei pressi. Grazie di tutto!!! Ritorneremo sicuramente!!!! Super Wohnung, zentral, netter Vermieter
Diese Wohnung war wirklich super schön und zentral gelegen. Der Vermieter war super nett und zu jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung war mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Gasherd, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Klimaanlage,... Einen Supermarkt und den Bahnhof erreicht man in nur 5 Minuten. Bis zum nächsten Strand geht man ca. 15 Minuten und in die schöne Altstadt ca. 10 Minuten. Uns hat es wirklich super gefallen und wir werden sicher wieder kommen. :-)

Volltreffer am Gardasee
Die location war ein super Ausgangspunkt, um den Gardasee und die benachbarten Städte zu erkunden. Ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist super. Supermarkt und Fahrradverleih genauso in der Nachbarschaft wie der Bahnhof. Dieser liegt ideal, um in Richtung Verona / Venedig oder in Breschia / Mailand auf das Auto verzichten zu können. Außerdem wird von dort ein kostenloser Bustransfer zu den Frezeitparks angeboten. Die Wohnung ist intelligent eingerichtet (Mauerversatz als Ablagefläche im Bad, geräumiger Schrank,...), sauber und gut ausgestattet (Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, AirCondition,...). Peschiera als Ort war uns im Vorfeld kein Begriff, hat mit seinem Zentrum aber viel mehr Charme versprüht, als Sirmione, Garda oder Malcesine.
