What a view!
Lovely clean property with the water right on your doorstep.So relaxing!We were lucky enough to have the dolphins come to our jetty each day of our stay. Christine the host is very responsive to any questions. We would live to stay again 🙂

The location is fantastic, providing plenty of activities for the entire family. While the kids were a bit let down that there were no fishing lines to use, they thoroughly enjoyed kayaking on the stunning river.

Wonderful canal house
This is a wonderful canal house. Despite the rain over the past two days, we still enjoyed the beautiful river views when the sun came out and the cool, peaceful evenings. The kids had a fantastic time playing with the foosball table. Christine was also very responsive to our messages, and we truly appreciated the welcome complimentary items. We had a lovely stay!

Spectacular property! I want to live there! Christine was a wonderful host and her home is amazing. She has everything there from spices, glad wrap/bags, soaps, lots of games, toilet paper ….. The home is big and every thing is comfortable and clean. You can use their Netflix account too. The view is outstanding and the outdoor area is just stunning. Including an outdoor wood heater. We will be back for sure. Also Christine left a lovely bottle of wine for us too. Is big and everything

Positive - Beautiful house with amazing access to canal. Kayakes were provided and all family had so much fun! Nice spacious house. All kitchen utensils provided. Neg - dishwasher needs servicing - some of the cutlery/plates were dirty. Couches and beds were a bit dated and uncomfortable.

Check in & check out: Clear instruction and smooth process Property Condition : Marvellous and well equipped. Christine is very kind and provided us a bottle of red wine. The house is well equipped and the condition is very good. We have a lots of funs with Kayaking, fishing, cycling, games playing and cooking. Thank you so much Christine for having us at your incredible property in South Yunderup. I was so grateful for your friendly and prompt communication throughout the booking process. The house was beautifully presented, exceptionally clean, and very well equipped. All the basic essentials were available like glad wrap, alfoil, napkins, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc, as well as complimentary shampoos/conditioners, toothpaste and moisturiser. Christine really had thought of everything to ensure our stay was comfortable. The location is brilliant, and we were able to moor our boat to the property's private jetty. We didn't need to use our car for the duration of the trip, as we accessed everywhere we wanted to go via water. We had a wonderful time at Kaya Manzi and would love to be able to visit again. Thanks again for making our stay so comfortable.

An absolutely amazing house for holiday
The communication and check in process was smooth and we even got a surprised welcome gift for Christmas! The house is amazing, facing the canal with nice view of the Christmas light of other houses. The house is clean with new kitchen which include everything from Nespresso coffee machine, built-in dishwashers and all kitchen utensils. What we like about most is the football table and board games which keep the kids entertained, and the complimentary crabbing Net and fishing rods brought us so much fun at the jetty, will definitely recommend this to others and come back again for next holiday.
