"Friendly, helpful and very polite staff. Comfortable bed and spacious en suite room. Plenty of clean towels and toiletries.Tea and coffee making in room. Quiet room, clean and warm. Good choices for breakast and highly recommend the Shimla for a great curry. Plenty of hangers but only had coat hooks for hanging items. Easy walking distance for Perth city centre and walks beside the Tay."

"Cliff View had everything we needed for our stay in Perthshire where we explored the historical sights by car. We appreciated the space to relax and stretch out after two weeks going from hotel to hotel while walking the West High Way and Great Glen Way. Norma and Arthur we great hosts."

"Great accommodation. Very quiet. My room overlooked the car park but no disturbance or road sounds. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent location to Perth and major roads to explore beyond the city eg Inverness and Stirling. The cost suited my budget✅✅"
