"Rented the upstairs space with Theresa Pino for three days following the Labor Day weekend. My stay there was nice and peaceful. The room was very clean and stocked with amenities. Theresa (the hostess) is very friendly and she makes the stay seem very friendly."

"I was in town for gravel biking. The room and its location was perfect. Easy walk to all the downtown restaurants. Quick access to the biking routes. Theresa found room in her shed to store my bike. Theresa was helpful with advice and history. Enjoyed my stay."

"We loved this place. The bed was comfy, plenty of space, good location, good choices of morning snacks. The drawback was the lack of good cooling. There was a portable cooling unit on wheels in the bedroom but even on the coolest setting it was difficult to sleep, it just didn't cool effectively and ended up being a sweaty night. The widows of this two room unit had limited screens, the small aftermarket ones that don't allow a fully open window. I would have open all the windows wide at night...

"We booked this trip for my 86 yr old mom to show my daughter where she grew up. 3 generations of women there for a short holiday. The 420 house was perfect for us. It is clean and comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here."
