"It was a beautiful festive hotel for the holiday season. With nightly Santa visits and dance parties my daughter was more then entertained. The magic game kept her busy. She had a wonderful time and met a lot of new friends for the stay. "

"The rooms were awesome, with high ceilings and lots of space. Great bathroom, beds. One negative is the lighting. You can't shut off the nightstand lamps independent of the wall switch. Also, there is a smoke detector right above one of the beds that has a super bright LED light that shines right on the bed. This was a bit annoying."

"Nice spacious room with good layout. Only strange thing was- we came back after a day out to grab coats before dinner and the place was surrounded by 4 cop cars. Wasn’t 100% sure if it was safe to go in & yo to room. When I entered- two staff were at check in desk- so I asked what was going on and was given a funny look as if to say- none of your business. I asked again, and what I believe to be the manager (female)- answered rather curtly: They’re handling something for me”. Just seemed a bit strange to allow me as a paying customer- to feel unsafe by withholding an explanation. "
