Very pleasant and bright apartment (46 m²), ground floor with terrace and patio, (28 m²) panoramic view of the harbor (Ile Tome, Pointe du Château) and marina, disabled access, shared bicycle storage, PRIVATE PARKING NUMBER, animals accepted, shops and supermarkets nearby.
The large picture windows in the Living room, Kitchen area, Bedroom, favor the luminosity
 and allow you to discover from inside the apartment, "THE CHANGE OF LANDSCAPE SEVERAL TIMES A DAY", caused by the phenomenon of the tides (High and Low).
The Customs Esplanade which separates the residence from the sea is a privileged place for the walks of our animal friends.
As soon as your reservation is confirmed, a link (detailed site, mentioning, places to visit, weather, tide times, restaurants, shops, etc.) will be downloaded to you. Great Ocean Front Place
I stayed here in September 2022 with my husband, son and mother and it met our needs perfectly. The place is clean and it was in a safe part of town. We could walk to Ocean Annie’s beach bar. Overall it was a great stay!

Superbes vacances !
Appartement qui est plus spacieux qu'il n'y paraît sur les photos. Très propre, suffisamment de rangements (cuisine, chambre, sdb) et bien sûr l'extérieur avec vue sur la mer et le lever de soleil mémorable ! M. Prigent est extrêmement sympathique, super séjour !

Vue mer à 180 degrés.
Très belle semaine dans une location très bien située avec une vue sur la mer magnifique. Endroit calme,propre,plus spacieux que sur les photos, proche du port,des commerces, des sentiers de randonnées. La location idéale pour 2 ,le paradis pour un toutou vu l esplanade du bord de mer pour les ballades.

Genügend Platz für 2 Erwachsene. Genügend Geschirr. Und Bügelbrett und - eisen sowie Wasserkocher, Micro - Welle, Ofen Kühlschrank, TK Fach, E Herd, Toaster. Der Dunstabzug arbeitet leise. Das Fenster im Bad ( vergittert) kann man nachts offen / gekippt halten. Genügend Ablage Fläche da, alle Anleitungen der Geräte, Bäcker und Fischladen in paar Meter Entfernung. Ebenso Cafe und Resto ....

Très agréable location
Un très bon séjour chez Mr Prigent qui a été hyper disponible et d'une grande adaptabilité (horaires d'arrivée et de départ, accueil de nos 2 petits chiens). Un agréable accueil avec une surprise à l'arrivée avec des crêpes et une bouteille de cidre. Le logement est très propre, fonctionnel, très calme et très bien équipé. La literie est propre et très confortable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en appréciant la vue depuis la terrasse. Le côté positif a été également la proximité des commerces, restaurants, boulangerie et du port (moins de 800 mètres). Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !! Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés.

Considérant mes problèmes de mobilité nous avons opté pour un appart au rez avec vue sur mer et port. Malheureusement perros et ses environs a souffert d une panne de courant sévère qui a nécessité bon nombre de groupes et de batteries. Ce matériel a été remisé ,(du dimanche au jeudi après service sur l esplanade empêchant la vue sur mer !!! Dès lors nous avons écourté notre séjour au grand dam de m. Prigent qui n'en pouvait évidemment rien. Mais comme signalé avant m. Prigent = Super . Appart = Super . Donc Tutto bene

Bel appartement très calme
Accueil très chaleureux par un propriétaire très sympathique. L'appartement est spacieux pour 2 personnes, bien équipé et joliment décoré. La saison ne nous a pas permis de profiter du jardinet et de son salon mais la vue sur la mer y est magnifique. Les sites à visiter sont trop nombreux pour une semaine mais Trégastel, Ploumanac'h, Port Blanc, Tréguier sont à voir . Attention au risque de ne plus pouvoir se passer de la région!
